Exchange Period: You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and have all product tags attached.

Store Credit Issuance: Once your returned item is received and processed, we will issue a store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. The store credit amount will be equal to your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

How to Request an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:Send us an email at info@truegentsessentials.com with your request for an exchange.Provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with the reason for the return and a picture of the item.
