At True Gents Essentials, we take pride in the quality and care behind every product we offer. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure your experience is smooth, clear, and fair.
All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our grooming and personal care products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products once they have been shipped and delivered. This policy is in place to maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards for all of our customers.
We kindly ask that you double-check your order before checkout to ensure you’ve selected the correct items.
Exceptions for Klarna Purchases
If you’ve placed your order through Klarna, you may be eligible for a return within 14 days of receiving the item(s), but only under the following conditions:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, or

The item arrived damaged or defective (please include clear photos when contacting us)
All requests for Klarna returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, no refunds will be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please get in touch with our support team within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to resolve it promptly.
